Terms and Conditions

1 Rental Agreement

By renting a dumpster from JD Dumpster Rentals, you enter into a rental agreement for the specified rental period. The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Standard rental periods are typically 7 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Extensions may be available for an additional daily fee.

2 Delivery and Pickup

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access and a suitable placement location for the dumpster. The delivery area must be clear of obstructions, vehicles, and overhead wires.

3 Prohibited Items

The following materials are strictly prohibited and may not be placed in the dumpster:

Disposal of prohibited items may result in additional fees and removal charges.

4 Weight Limits

Each dumpster has a maximum weight allowance as specified at the time of rental. Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional overage charges. Heavy materials such as concrete, brick, dirt, and roofing shingles may have specific weight restrictions or require a dedicated heavy debris container.

5 Fill Level

Materials must not extend above the top edge of the dumpster. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be legally transported and will require the customer to remove excess debris before pickup. Additional fees may apply for overloaded containers.

6 Pricing and Payment

Rental fees are based on dumpster size, rental duration, and included weight allowance. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Additional charges may apply for:

7 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued once the dumpster has been delivered.

9 Liability and Indemnification

JD Dumpster Rentals is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses arising from the use of our dumpsters, except where caused by our gross negligence. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JD Dumpster Rentals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the rental equipment or violation of these terms.

10 Damage to Equipment

You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is in your possession, excluding normal wear and tear. Damage charges will be assessed and billed accordingly.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Ohio.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
